DZL Series Chain Grate Steam Boiler
DZL series steam boiler is horizontal three-return fire tube boiler. The overall structure is reasonably designed, with two fire tubes arranged in the barrel of the pot, and light tubes and water wall tubes on both sides of the furnace. The chain grate boiler manufacturing combustion adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, and is equipped with drum and induced draft fan to realize mechanical ventilation.
The series steam boiler combustion, the fuel from the coal table fell on the grate, the grate into the furnace chamber after combustion. The flue gas passes through the upper combustion chamber of the rear arch, and from the combustion chamber upward through the smoke chamber of the rear shed pipe into the first smoke beam to the front smoke box. Then it is folded from the front flue box to the second flue box at the rear, introduced into the flue, dust collector and chimney by the induced draft fan, and finally discharged into the atmosphere.DZL series boilers are highly automated, with automatic boiler feed water adjustment, high and low water level alarm, low water level interlock protection, induced draft fan and blower interlock protection. Boiler coal, slag and other operations are mechanized, and the supporting auxiliary machines are complete.
