WNS Gas Steam Boiler Operation
During operation, it is necessary to check whether the power supply voltage of WNS gas steam boiler is normal, whether the performance of burner is normal and whether all parts are in good condition. Check whether the feed pump reaches the pump start condition and check whether the water softener is normal. Check whether the boiler safety accessories (safety valve, level meter, pressure gauge) are intact and in good performance. Check whether the gas pressure meets the ignition pressure requirements. Check whether the boiler is equipped with relevant instruments, whether the instruments are complete and whether the performance is good. Check whether the boiler drain valve is closed.
When using for the first time, there is no water in the WNS series gas boiler. Turn on the power switch and place the feed water selector switch in the “manual” position. The feedwater pump should be operated to supply water to the boiler. During water supply, after the low water level indicator goes out, put the “feed water” switch in the “automatic” feed water state, and the feed pump will stop automatically when the feed water reaches the normal water level. During operation, if the water level drops to the water level, the feed pump will work automatically to ensure that the water level is within the specified range.
